U.S. and International Shipping

Orders placed will take two-three business days for processing excluding holidays.

All orders are shipped USPS First-Class mail.

• 3-10 business days once shipped.
  
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation to the e-mail address provided.
• International orders please allow at least 10 business days.

All items will be shipped out accordingly.

Policy and Terms

By placing an order at Pretty Dainty, you are responsible for all shipping charges, all applicable Customs Import fees, and/or surcharges.

Taxes and Duties

All applicable Customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.  Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.  It is at the sole discretion of the customs agent to release your package.  We have no control over possible delays due to Customs once the package has left the U.S.
